3 Tips to Fight Imposter Syndrome // Stop Feeling Like a Fraud

Imposter syndrome is loosely defined as doubting your abilities and feeling like a fraud. Admit it we've all been there at least 100 times. Whether it's professionally or even personally, imposter syndrome creeps in like a trash panda on garbage day.

Here are three ways to help you fight imposter syndrome!

✨ Recognize the thought, but don’t let it engage you into more self-demoralizing ideations.

✨ Ask yourself, does this thought help me or delay my full potential?

✨ Reframe your thoughts, learn to value constructive criticism and realize mistakes will be made, but practice makes you better!

LOOK FORWARD, DON’T DWELL!!! It's all about knowing your worth and owning your skill set. It's OK if things don't go as planned (do they ever really?). Continue to focus on what you do and the value you bring to your client or the situation. You got this!!
