Every headshots and branding session starts with a real consultation. We map out your looks, your locations, your brand direction, and your goals before a single frame is captured. By the time you arrive, the only thing you have to do is show up. Everything else is handled.
The result is a full visual library. Not one image you rotate everywhere until it looks dated. The right image for your website, a different one for LinkedIn, something that actually fits a press feature, and content that makes your social feel intentional instead of thrown together.

You reach out and we schedule a short call to talk through your business, your brand, and what you actually need these images to do. If we're a good fit, we move forward. If not, I'll point you somewhere that is.
Before your session date, we meet to build your shoot plan. Looks, locations, mood, and brand direction are all mapped out here. You'll leave with a clear picture of exactly what to expect, what to wear, and how to prepare. This is the step that separates a branding session from a generic headshot.
We shoot. You are guided through every look, every setup, every expression. It is genuinely fun and nothing about it will feel stiff or posed. I review images with you on the spot so you can see what we are getting in real time, make adjustments together, and leave knowing you nailed it.
You choose your favorites right there during the session, with a proof gallery available if you need more time to decide. Each chosen image is professionally retouched. Natural, polished, and ready to use exactly where you need them.
Your final images are delivered in high resolution via a private download gallery. Web-optimized versions are included. Everything you need to update your website, LinkedIn, press kit, and social channels without any additional prep work.

Professional hair and makeup is included in every Headshot and Branding Session, and it makes a real difference. High-end studio lights are beautiful but unforgiving. A professional artist knows how to prep your features for the camera so you walk in feeling confident and walk out looking like yourself on the best day you have ever had.

Most sessions run between 3 and 8 hours depending on the number of final images needed and how many locations we are working with. We plan everything in advance so shoot day flows smoothly and nothing feels rushed.

Sessions are typically held in a curated studio space in Franklin, Tennessee, just outside Nashville. On-location sessions are also available at your office or a rented space in Nashville and surrounding areas if that better fits your brand.

You could, but AI headshot generators cannot replicate genuine personality, accurate likeness, or professional lighting. They are also easy to spot. Real humans connect with real humans, and my job is to capture your actual presence, not an algorithm's approximation of it.

Only if you are a professional bodyguard. For everyone else, expect good music, bad jokes from me, and a lot of "Yes, that is the one." The goal is approachable authority, not a driver's license photo.
