Taking Family Portraits to the Next Level

While my current Franklin home studio space may be small, it's also quite mighty! I love taking a family portrait and elevating it just a bit for a fashion and luxury vibe. When the Staggs family stepped into my studio, they were not only fantastic to work with but open to doing something a bit more dramatic! It definitely helped that Nicole is a model herself and owner of Third Coast Elite so you know she wasn't looking for anything boring!

Proper lighting, posing, and direction plays a big part in taking a somewhat safe and standard portrait ... and turning it into something more dramatic and even editorial. Below you'll find the final edit, original image straight out of camera, and the metadata.
